We are “private pay”; we do not accept insurance at this time. Rates are determined by the type of license the therapist holds and their experience level.
We can provide super bills (a thorough invoice) that you can submit for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.
Session Fees
Senior Clinicians: $150+/session
Our Senior Clinicians are independently licensed to provide all services, offer 10+ years experience, focus on deep specializations, hold terminal degrees, and carry advanced certifications.
Staff Clinicians: $95/session
Our Staff Clinicians are independently licensed to provide all services, offers expertise in one or more areas, and have extensive training.
Associate Clinicians: $75 /session
Our Associate Clinicians are provisionally licensed to provide services for a variety of needs and focus; supported by a collaborative team for additional growth.
Counselor Interns: $25 / session
Counselor Interns are master’s level students in an accredited program in Texas. Trained as a counselor educator, Dr. Salazar oversees all clinical students, providing them with supervision and training while they offer session.
We Do Not Accept: Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, or TRICARE

Late Reschedule or Late Cancel*: Reschedule or Cancel the same day, Full Session fee will be charged to the card on file. No Charge to Reschedule or Cancel Outside the 24-hour window. *Clients may be offered 1 (one) grace late reschedule/cancel per year for emergencies.
