I am a proud Latina counselor, first-generation, non-traditional college graduate, and counselor educator.

With over 10 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping others find balance and sustainable wellness. I often consider myself a “counselor for counselors,” supporting helping professionals and caregivers who give so much to others.

My work integrates Constructed Awareness®, guiding clients to better understand their thoughts, body, and experiences. I support those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions, offering a space for healing, growth, and restoration.
