Dr. Jesusa has several years’ experience in supervising and work with clinicians in high acuity, high stress environments.
As a former clinical supervisor in an agency serving unaccompanied minors, Dr. Jesusa is skilled at navigating vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and navigating complicated systems as a clinician.
She is also passionate about helping family caregivers and helpers; she has compassion and understanding for the complicated nature of helping family when you yourself need help.
Ana M. Salazar

Dr. Ana has over a decade of experience in leading teams, supervising clinicians of all levels and navigating the challenges of caring for a team, yourself, and the clients you serve.
As former clinical director for a clinic serving hundreds and also balancing leadership responsibilities, she is passionate about helping professional helpers in understanding the roles and stresses of serving.
She is also passionate about helping counselors who have to manage their own emotions in high crisis, high acuity situations. Dr. Ana understands the struggle and compassion fatigue that comes with assisting clients and families through suicide and suicidal ideations.
Burnout and caregiver fatigue looks different for everyone and it can also change in different situations or across days.
