What Therapy with Me Looks Like:
In session, my goal is to provide a space that allows you to express yourself freely and openly. We will focus on areas of need and presenting concerns through implementing material embracing a present-oriented, nonjudgmental, holistic approach that helps highlight the relationship and influences our thoughts have on our emotions and behaviors. Sessions are tailored to you and your desired outcomes of counseling.
