When it comes to mental wellness, one size does not fit all. I work with individuals to tailor a therapy experience that will help them succeed in life by working together to help manage any emotional, mental, or societal stresses. I will take the time to get to know the individual and how their issues and concerns are affecting their lives. I provide individuals with a non-judgmental space to process thoughts and feelings.
What Therapy with Me Looks Like:
I believe that counseling is a collaborative experience where client and counselor work together to achieve the clients’ goals. I am passionate about tailoring client’s therapy with a consideration of identities and experiences. Through a safe space that promotes radical self-acceptance, together I hope to help clients as they evolve to understand themselves and the systems that affect them.
